Henrik Albertsen is CEO at Nordic Venture Partners.

Henrik Albertsen has also been a self-employed IT consultant, developing software solutions for measurement devices. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark and an E*MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute.
Arve Johan Andresen, Board Member
Arve joined Northzone Ventures in 2001 to establish a Copenhagen office and a Northzone presence in Denmark. He came from a position as Managing Director of Laerdal Medical, the rapidly growing global leader in emergency medical equipment. Prior to that, Arve headed significant business development projects at Nestlé SA in Poland and Scandinavia, following five years’ tenure as management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Columbia University (1988).
Dan Thomsen, Board Member and Founder
Dan Thomsen founded Interse, applying his experience with enterprise information management consulting. Previously, Dan acted as a senior consultant, managing major engagements with large corporations, providing information management analysis and strategy services. His last position was with ICL. He has a degree in Cultural Sociology from Copenhagen University and an E*MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
Erik Kjær, Board Member
Erik Kjær is the founding partner of Right Kjaer & Kjerulf. His focus is on personal development, leadership development and designing internal programs within these competencies. Erik's has been an executive coach for senior level executives. He is acknowledged as a key note speaker at company management meetings and public events. He is an assessment professor of an E*MBA program in Denmark. Since 1985, he has run top executive training programs in leading institutions for post-graduate educations, as well as Right Kjaer & Kjerulf courses. On February 1, 2006, Erik Kjær was appointed Executive Global HR Director at Saxo Bank.
Erik holds a Master’s degree in psychology, partly taken at the University of Copenhagen and partly at the Royal Danish Educational University. He has participated in VL, a top executive management program.
Torben Haase, Board Member
Torben has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years, 10 of which have been in international positions, including 5 years in Brussels. He has held executive positions in SAP EMEA, Cisco EMEA, Oracle Northern Europe and IBM Denmark.
Since he joined Cisco Systems in 1996, Torben has been responsible for general management and strategy. Prior to that, Torben focused on building and leading successful teams in sales, marketing, channels and business development.
Torben holds a Bachelor's degree from Copenhagen Business School and certificates earned from a series of executive programs at INSEAD and IMD Business Schools. Torben left SAP in mid 2006 to take up the position as CEO of Excitor A/S and to become a board member of Interse A/S and Giritech A/S.
