Eyal Steinitz, CEO

Eyal Steinitz was appointed CEO at Interse A/S in 2004. 

Previous positions include:
2000-2004: Partner at Accenture, responsible for Accenture's telecommunications, media and high-tech (CHT) business in Denmark and for strategy practice in CHT Nordic

1996-2000: Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager at Accenture's strategy practice and CHT vertical

1995-1996: Consultant at Aarsø Nielsen & Partners (A.T. Kearney)

1993-1995: Division Director (Intermould), Project Manager, Legal Manager and Executive Assistant at Damberg Group

Eyal Steinitz holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Aarhus Business School in Denmark, a scholarship from Stanford University and a diploma program from the Scandinavian International Management Institute. He has also successfully completed internal Accenture training programs.
 

 

Sten Nygaard-Andersen, COO

Sten Nygaard-Andersen joined Interse A/S as COO in 2007. 

Previous positions include:
2005-2006: Senior Vice President Technology & Operations at EssNet AB, Stockholm Responsible for the development of packaged software and delivery of turn-key solutions to the gaming industry. Also responsible for Product Development, Implementation, Support, Operations, Procurement, and Off Shore SW solution centre

2001-2004: Associate Partner at Accenture. Engagement partner and program manager for large projects including Strategy, IT Solutions, Process Reengineering, and Change Management, within the Communications, Hi Tech & Media (CHT) industries

1993-2001: Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager at Accenture. Project and Program manager for Technology and BPR/Lean projects within the Financial sector and CHT

Sten Nygaard-Andersen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School, and a Management Certificate from University of Maryland. In addition, Sten has received internal Accenture training in Technology Design, Programming, Management, Leadership and Methodology. He has taught similar courses, and took part in the development of Accenture's Global Methodology
 

 

Henrik Brønsted, CFO

Henrik Brøndsted joined Interse A/S as CFO in the beginning of 2007 from a similar position at Intec Telecom Systems Denmark, a UK owned provider of software solutions to the telecom industry. 

Previous positions include:
2003-2007: Finance Director, Intec Telecom Systems Denmark A/S, responsible for general administration and finance division. Successfully adjusted the company and transferred most administration to London HQ

2001-2003: VP Finance, Digiquant A/S, responsible for finance division and general administration. Part of the internal due diligence team leading up to Intec Telecom Systems acquisition of Digiquant

1999-2001: Audit Manager, Deloitte Copenhagen, with diverse client portfolio. Also responsible for the IT/Media focus group, developing services and targeting customers within this market segment

1997-1999: Account Director, Deloitte Sydney, with diverse client portfolio. Also part responsible for the Securitisation group, developing services and targeting customers within this market segment

1987-1997: Audit Manager, Deloitte Copenhagen, with diverse client portfolio

Henrik holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
